Last updated: March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Route to Ship, a software service operated by Route to Ship ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Route to Ship is a SaaS platform that helps Shopify merchants manage custom product production workflows. Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account and for ensuring your team uses Route to Ship in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly or annual), based on your seat count. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's app billing system and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Route to Ship does not collect or store your payment details directly.

4. Free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

5. Refunds

New paying customers may request a full refund of their first payment within 14 days of the charge date by contacting support@routetoship.com. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support@routetoship.com. Access continues to the end of the current paid period. No cancellation fee applies.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Route to Ship, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or interfere with its operation or security. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended or terminated without notice.

8. Intellectual property

Route to Ship and its content are owned by Route to Ship. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over any content you upload or create within the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Route to Ship is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route to Ship is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these Terms
